Accessibility statement

How we make corea11y.com accessible, how we test it, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated October 23, 2026

MSACAlab wants corea11y.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Accessibility is what we build, so we hold our own site to the same standard we help our customers reach.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Conformance status

corea11y.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means we believe most of the site meets the standard, but we have not yet had a full independent audit, and some parts may not fully meet it. We fix any problem we find or are told about.

What we have done

  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks and real buttons, links and form labels, so screen readers can read and navigate them.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, focus is always visible, and a "Skip to content" link jumps past the menu.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG AA colour contrast (4.5:1 for text).
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% and the layout adapts to phones, tablets and zoom without scrolling sideways.
  • Animations are switched off for visitors who ask their device for reduced motion, and nothing flashes.
  • Every image that carries information has a text description; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • We use Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for readability, for body text.
  • We don't use an accessibility overlay or widget. Fixes are made in the site itself.

How we test

  • Automated checks with axe-core and CoreA11y on every page, at desktop and phone width. In our latest check (October 2026), automated testing found no issues.
  • Manual checks with the keyboard only, at 200% zoom and on phones.

Automated tools find only part of all accessibility issues, so we keep testing by hand and listen to feedback.

Known limitations

  • Checkout and customer account: buying CoreA11y Pro and the customer account area are provided by Freemius, our reseller. We don't control their accessibility. If you have any trouble buying or managing a licence, email us and we will help you directly.
  • Screenshots: pictures of the CoreA11y plugin have a short text description. If you need the full detail of any screenshot, email us and we will describe it.

Feedback and contact

If you find something on this site that is hard to use, please tell us. Email support@corea11y.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and we will offer the information in another way if we can't fix the problem straight away.

Technical details

The site is built with HTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA and a small amount of JavaScript. It works without JavaScript; some animations and the phone menu button need it.
