These terms apply to corea11y.com, the CoreA11y software (CoreA11y Lite and CoreA11y Pro) and MSACAlab's audit and remediation services. "MSACAlab", "we" and "us" mean MSACAlab, a business registered in Pakistan. By using the website, the software or our services, you agree to these terms. If you use them for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
What CoreA11y does, and what it doesn't
CoreA11y and our services help you find and fix accessibility issues and lower your risk. No software, audit or service can catch every issue, guarantee that a website meets WCAG or any law or standard, or prevent legal claims. Automated checks find many common problems but not all of them; some checks need a person. Nothing on this site, in the software or in our reports is legal advice. For legal questions, speak to a qualified lawyer.
CoreA11y Lite
CoreA11y Lite is free and is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+), like WordPress itself. The GPL gives you its own rights to use, change and share the code.
CoreA11y Pro
- Plans: Pro Personal (1 site), Pro Business (5 sites) and Agency (25 sites), billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout.
- Reseller: CoreA11y Pro is sold through Freemius, which acts as our reseller and processes payment, tax and invoices. The Freemius terms also apply to your purchase.
- Software licence: the CoreA11y Pro code is also licensed under GPLv2+. Your subscription gives you a licence key for automatic updates, Pro features that check the key, and priority email support, on the number of sites your plan includes.
- Renewal: plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- When a licence ends: fixes already turned on keep working and can still be turned off or undone. Turning on new Pro fixes, the weekly check, CSV export, updates and support stop until you renew.
- Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your renewal.

Audits and remediation services
- Audit ($89): we review the agreed pages of your website and send a summary, a detailed report and a developer fix pack, normally within 24 hours of receiving everything we need. The time can be longer for large sites; we will tell you before we start.
- Remediation: we fix the issues in the scope and price we agree in writing before work starts.
- Your part: you confirm you have the right to let us test and change the website, give us the access we need, and keep a backup before we make changes. We will re-test what we fix, but later changes to your site, theme, plugins or content can bring issues back.
- Your content stays yours. You can use our reports and fix packs for your own websites and share them with your team, developers and lawyers.
Using the website and software
Don't use corea11y.com, the software or our services to break the law, attack or overload our systems or anyone else's, test websites you have no permission to test, or resell our services as your own without our written agreement. White-label reports in the Agency plan may carry your brand but must keep the note that automated results do not certify conformance.
Our content and name
The text, design, logos and the names CoreA11y and MSACAlab belong to MSACAlab. The GPL licence for the software does not give you rights to our names or logos.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website, updates and licence checks available, but we can't promise they will never be interrupted. We may change or improve the software and services. If we stop offering CoreA11y Pro, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a pro-rata refund for any paid period after it ends.
Warranty and liability
- The software is provided "as is", as the GPL states, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or claims against you by third parties, including accessibility complaints or lawsuits.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the website, software or services at any time. We may suspend or end your licence or a service if you seriously break these terms; where possible we will warn you first.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem together.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for paying customers, we will email you before it applies.
