Pricing questions
Do I need Lite to use Pro?
No. Pro is the full plugin. When you activate it, Lite switches off automatically and your audits, fixes and history carry over.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Same features. Monthly gives you flexibility and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly costs less overall, saving up to 24%.
How does CoreA11y know which plan I bought?
Your license key is linked to your plan. When you activate it, Pro unlocks exactly the features and number of sites your plan includes. Upgrade and the new features appear right away.
What happens if my license expires?
Your site never breaks. Every fix you applied stays in place and can still be undone. Pro features, updates and support pause until you renew, and Lite keeps working as normal.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If CoreA11y Pro isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Will Pro make my site legally compliant?
No software can promise that. CoreA11y finds and fixes many common issues and guides you through the rest, which lowers your risk. For legal questions about your site, speak to a qualified lawyer.
Is CoreA11y available for Shopify, Squarespace or mobile apps?
CoreA11y is available for WordPress today. The Shopify app is coming next, at the same prices as WordPress, so every customer pays the same. Squarespace and Mobile App Audit, our scanner for iOS and Android apps, will follow. Subscribe below to hear when yours launches.
